We're delighted to announce our most recent product upgrade, tailored to improve your interaction with Avarni. Your valuable feedback has guided us, and our team of developers have been diligently refining and incorporating a variety of new functionalities to further enhance the platform.

New and improved spend review screen

As part of our continued efforts to increase the accuracy and efficiency of emission factor mappings, we have revamped the spend review screen to improve the process of reviewing emission factor mappings. Along with a new look and feel, the review screen now features a host of new features, including:

  • Multiple emission factor databases: Now you can select emission factors from various databases during the review process, giving you more flexibility and accuracy.
  • Universal search bar: This feature makes it easier to navigate through all the data points in your dataset.
  • Enhanced filtering and grouping options: These will allow you to drill down into your groupings and review them on a more detailed level.
  • Flagging entries: This lets you easily mark entries for later discussions with your team or clients.
  • Bulk changes: Apply an emission factor, flag, or exclude multiple entries that don't fall under the same grouping, all at once.

Expanded organisational management

To give you more flexibility in managing your data, we've expanded our platform's capabilities to support multi-tiered organisations. You can create an organisational structure that meets your organisations needs, grouping by geography, business unit or subsidiary. This allows users to now disaggregate data to the relevant subsidiary or sub-organisation on multiple levels. Look for "Organisation Structure" in the Organisation Settings page on your Company Profile.

Performance improvements and bug fixes

We're constantly fine-tuning our platform to ensure it runs smoothly. In this update, we've made several significant performance improvements and bug fixes, including:

  • Improved data granularity: We've increased the detail of the data when exporting from the Emissions Hub for better insights.
  • Date format identification: We've resolved bugs related to identifying the correct date format during an upload, for a more streamlined data upload process.
