New Avarni homepage

We are thrilled to unveil our brand new executive dashboard, designed to provide you with comprehensive emissions insights as soon as you log into the platform. With this new feature, you can access high-level insights and data points at a glance, including the number of suppliers in your reporting period, average monthly emissions, trends compared to the previous year along with various other visualisations and breakdowns. We've prepared a brief video walking through the new homepage which you can find here: Exploring the Avarni Executive Dashboard.

Supplier SBTi insights

We understand the importance of supply chain sustainability. That's why we have introduced a new feature that allows you to track the percentage of your supply chain covered by targets validated under the SBTi (Science-Based Targets initiative). This new feature can be found under Supplier Targets on the left menu bar. With this valuable information, you can gain a better understanding of the targets and progress made by suppliers in decarbonising their operations and identify areas where further action is needed.

Spend review progress

We have listened to your feedback and have made it easier than ever to track your spend review progress. Now, on the spend review screen, you can see the percentage of your uploads that you have reviewed in relation to your total spend. This feature provides you with a clear indication of how much work remains and enables you to manage your review process more effectively.

Enhanced data upload warnings

To ensure data accuracy and consistency, we have implemented new warning mechanisms during the data upload process. If you attempt to upload data with dates that are either in the future or too far in the past, the system will now flag the data and notify you. This improvement helps prevent potential data inconsistencies and saves you valuable time when managing your emissions data.

Bug fixes

In addition to the new features, we have also addressed several bugs and made significant performance enhancements. Some of the key bug fixes include:

- Ensured a more consistent naming of column headers throughout the Spend Upload feature.

- Optimised the travel upload process to ensure data consistency in the emissions hub.

- Rectified bugs related to user invitations, ensuring a smooth user onboarding experience.
